Duty for TSA- Attending Inbound calls from customers regarding computer, pop up issue, printers, routers, mails etc..



Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..

Looking for experienced candidate from same profile.

Fixed salary upto 25K + incentive

Qualifications

· Experienced in Inbound/Outbound Tech Support(voice)

· Can Close their own calls

· Fluent in English speaking

Preference :

Candidate must be experience in inbound or outbound tech sales process

Candidate must be exp in closing his own calls

Candidates must be exp from international BPO

Candidate must be versatile for rotational shifts
