Role: Network Infrastructure Project Manager / Network Solution Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for a Network Infrastructure Manager / Network Solution Architect who can manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise network projects. The role involves solution design support, project execution, vendor coordination, and smooth transition to operations while ensuring SLA, cost, and timeline adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

- Lead end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, Security).

- Own project planning, scheduling, risk management, and governance.

- Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with defined quality benchmarks.

- Manage transition from project implementation to operations.

Solution & Design Support

- Participate in RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and technical solutioning.

- Review and validate HLD/LLD, BOM, effort estimates, and migration strategies.

- Work closely with presales, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure feasible designs.

Network Technologies

- Good understanding of:

- LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching

- SD-WAN, MPLS

- Firewalls, Load Balancers, Proxies

- Wireless & NAC

- Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management





- Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, ISPs, and system integrators.

- Drive vendor performance, commercials, and delivery commitments.

- Act as a single point of contact for customer and leadership stakeholders.

Operations & Governance

- Support P1 incident governance during critical migrations.

- Ensure SLA/KPI compliance during and post go-live.

- Conduct project reviews, RCA support, and documentation.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

- 5–12 years of experience in Network Infrastructure / IT Infrastructure projects

- Strong experience in project management for enterprise networks

- Exposure to RFP/RFI, solution design validation, and vendor coordination

- Positive understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.​

Good-to-Have

- PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certification

- CCNA / CCNP or equivalent networking certification

- Experience in BFSI, Manufacturing, or Enterprise environments

Tools & Technologies

- ITSM: ServiceNow, Remedy

- Project Tools: MS Project, Excel, Visio

- Network Domains: SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, Security, Wireless
