Job Profile:
Taking inbound calls with printer,router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
Candidate Profile:
Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months .
Must know how to close their own calls.
Must have positive convincing skills.
Must have Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses.
Salary:15% to 20% hike on last drawn
Shift :8:30pm-6:30am
Working Days:6 days(rotational Off 1 day)
2) Web Sales Consultant/Sr.web Consultant/Team leader:

Job Profile: Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients (Australian & UK Clients)
Understand the business needs of the Clients.
Candidate Profile: Must have experience in website selling process for more than 6months.Must have good communication skill.

Shift:Morning-6:30am-3:30pm
Night:9:30pm-6:30am
Working Days:5 days working(Fixed Saturday and Sunday off)

Contact other webmasters for guest blogging and get quality back links
Will be responsible to improve page rank and search engine visibility
Regularly monitor and improve website's inline links.
Candidates Profile
Should have min 1 year experience in SEO
