Role Summary

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Lead who can drive end-to-end solution design,

provide functional and technical leadership, and actively contribute to development when required. The role demands solid architecture understanding combined with hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities ● Lead solution design and architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations and enhancements.

● Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.

● Provide functional guidance across Sales & Customer Service modules.

● Contribute hands-on to development, including:

○ Plugins, workflows, custom APIs ○ Server-side customizations using C# / .NET ○ Client-side scripting using JavaScript ● Architect and oversee integrations via REST APIs and Azure services.

● Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices.

● Mentor and guide functional and technical team members.

● Drive deployment strategy, DevOps alignment, and environment governance.

● Support estimations, solutioning, and stakeholder management.

Required Expertise ● 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.

● Strong expertise in customization, extensions, integrations, and solution architecture.

● Hands-on experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs.

● Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Azure services.

● Exposure to CI/CD tools and source control (Git).

● Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred ● Microsoft Dynamics certifications.

● Experience in enterprise-scale implementations.

● BFSI domain exposure preferred.

Ideal Profile: A senior professional who can lead teams functionally and technically while remaining comfortable contributing individually to complex development and architectural decisions.
