Education

BE/ M.Tech/MS - Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Main/ Essential Task

- Design and development of various types of motors, including torque motors, BLDC motors, IPM motors, and UAV motors for different application

- Conduct detailed design calculations, simulations, and analysis to optimize motor performance, efficiency, and reliability.

- Utilize software tools to create and validate motor designs.

- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing motor designs to improve efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and address any quality issues.

- Maintain comprehensive records of motor design specifications, calculations, and test results





- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate design progress and findings to the engineering team and management

- Competencies Required

- Team player, Leadership

- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.

- High level of project management skills.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in motor design software and simulation tools - Altair flux, Speed, Ansys Maxwell

- Robust understanding of electrical and electronics engineering basics / theory and principles of motor design

- Good understanding in industrial standards of motor designing, manufacturing and testing

- Ability to read, and understand documents/ white papers and implement the learning from the same.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
