About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to manage the company's financial operations, accounting, MIS reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cash flow. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience and solid expertise in financial reporting, taxation, audits, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting records in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare MIS reports, management reports, and financial dashboards.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget utilization and perform variance analysis.
- Support business teams with financial planning and cost optimization.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

- Monitor daily cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Prepare cash flow statements and forecasts.




- Manage bank reconciliations and coordinate banking activities.

Taxation & Compliance

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and applicable financial regulations.

Business Finance

- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and operating costs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Support management with financial insights for business decisions.

Required Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and cash flow management.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Fintech, Financial Services, NBFC, Technology, Telecom, E-commerce, or Consumer Finance industries will be preferred.
