We are seeking an experienced and skilled MIS Executive to manage our management information systems, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and provide timely and insightful reports to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Zoho and other available platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Design and implement data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and identify areas for data-driven decision making.
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science)
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on data analysis and visualization
- Proficiency in software implementation/management, particularly in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and dashboard creation
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
