Position: MIS Executive

Responsibilities:

- MIS Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare, maintain, and automate MIS reports for production, inventory, and costing.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Conduct variance analysis on production efficiency, inventory levels, and product costing.
- Track production output, downtime, and efficiency metrics.
- Monitor raw material consumption, stock levels, and wastage to support supply chain decisions.
- Highlight potential risks in inventory management and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed product costing reports, including overhead allocation and margin analysis.
- Support pricing decisions with cost-based insights.
- Assist finance teams in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Data Visualization & Automation
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI for real-time monitoring.
- Integrate data from ERP systems, Excel, and other sources into unified reporting platforms.




- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with production, finance, and supply chain teams to gather and validate data.
- Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Support audits and compliance requirements with accurate reporting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of production reporting, inventory management, and product costing.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas) and Power BI.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
