Role Purpose:

To collect, compile, analyze, and present accurate data reports that support management decision-making and track business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission

Track performance metrics, targets, and variances

Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards

Generate reports related to sales, P&L;, production & stock

Identify data gaps and flag discrepancies proactively

Assist management with reports and analysis.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

Good analytical and numerical skills

High attention to detail

Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines

Explicit communication and coordination skills

Experience:

2–4 years Relevant MIS or data reporting experience preferred & job location is Thane & broad monthly salary range is between 20000 to 25000
