Salary : Upto 10 Lacs pa
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Monthly provisioning of expenses for monthly P&L; and review of the same in following month.
- MIS, Reporting, Balance Sheet & P&L; finalization, Helping Management for various financial & non-financial reports.
- Reconciliation of vendor ledgers and customer (MBO partners) ledgers and liasioning with parties and take necessary action to remove mismatch, if any.
- Getting vendor and customer (MBO partners) balance confirmation on quarterly basis.
- Reconciliation of RPT transactions and getting balance confirmation on monthly basis.
- Preparing of Vendor aging report fortnightly and highlighting payment due for more than six months.
- MSME vendor analysis and ensuring statutory compliance with respect to payment (to be made within 45 days from due date) Preparing of Customer aging report fortnightly and highlighting payments receivable beyond due date and follow up with Merck team.
- Scrutiny and reclassification of vendor balances among MSME vendors, Non-MSME vendors, vendors for capital goods,
advance to suppliers and capital advance and accounting thereof on monthly basis.
- Scrutiny and reclassification of customer balances between trade receivables and advance from customers and accounting thereof on monthly basis.
- Preparation and review of vendor wise month wise expenses for monthly MIS and for quarter end review audit, interim audit and final stat audit.
- Ind As accounting in books of account on monthly basis.
- Review of vendor and customer master on a quarterly basis; update vendor details and also deactivate vendors if not working anymore.
- Invoice issue for Services (Royalty/Designing services, etc.
