Job Title: Mining Incharge Job Summary: The Mining Incharge will supervise mining operations, plan and coordinate extraction activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage teams to achieve production targets. Key Responsibilities:

- Operation Management: Oversee mining operations, including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling.

- Safety Management: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective actions.

- Team Management: Supervise and train mining personnel, including miners, drill operators, and loaders.

- Production Planning: Plan and coordinate extraction activities to meet production targets.

- Quality Control: Monitor ore quality and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with mining regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.

- Maintenance: Oversee maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.

- Budgeting:



Manage operational budgets and optimize costs.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports on production, safety, and operational performance.

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering.

- Experience: 5+ years in mining operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

- Certifications: Valid Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency (or equivalent).

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Physical and Environmental Demands:

- Work Workplace: Mining sites, with exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
