Microsoft 365 (M365) Platform Specialist

Hyderabad/ Hybrid (2 days per week)

Experience: 5+ years in M365 Administration & Modern Workplace Technologies

Shift Hours : 2-11 PM IST

About the Role We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Platform Specialist to help our customers fully leverage all available M365 services. The ideal candidate will optimize platform usage, enhance security and compliance, migrate legacy systems, and drive user adoption through best practices and training.

Key Responsibilities

- Optimize Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Entra ID).

- Plan and execute file migrations to SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

- Implement security and compliance configurations — MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.

- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint security and compliance.

- Develop and maintain Teams governance, OneDrive rollout, and adoption plans.

- Conduct user training and create adoption materials.

- Provide ongoing troubleshooting, reporting,



and managed service support.

Requirements

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD).

- Expertise in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center configurations.

- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

- Knowledge of Zero Trust, Conditional Access, and Contemporary Device Management.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

- Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate

- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
