Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of Software Development experience.• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, (GraphQL is a bonus). Proficiency with Javascript, Node.js and TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS.• Experience with front-end Javascript libraries and frameworks such as React.• Proficiency in web design is a plus.• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and software architecture best practices.• Proven ability to lead project initiatives from ideation to completion, including rollout, documentation, monitoring, and analytics.• Familiarity with product and design life cycles and collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers.• Strong communicator with an independent attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Designing and implementing RESTful API services using Node.js
- Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts




- Writing efficient and secure server-side code
- Integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
- Implementing data storage solutions using MongoDB
- Staying updated with emerging technologies in the MERN stack and applying them to the projects
- Conducting code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging applications to ensure system stability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Evaluating and implementing advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks as needed
- Participating in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
- Documenting the work for future reference and maintainability

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role
- Solid understanding of the MERN stack architecture
- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and JavaScript
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux and Flux
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git
- Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits
- Strong proficiency in web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Familiarity with continuous integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
