Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned MERN Stack Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and a global engineering team to build robust, high-performance platforms aligned with PGC Digitals enterprise-grade standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and design end-to-end full-stack solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

- Drive design discussions, performance optimizations, and scalable API strategy

- Collaborate with DevOps to design CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure)

- Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor the development team





- Integrate AI/ML microservices and APIs into full-stack architecture where relevant

- Work on digital transformation projects across industries such as finance, retail, and healthcare

- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and other quality/security standards followed by PGC Digital

Required Skills

- Strong experience with the MERN stack and up-to-date JavaScript (ES6+)

- Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and microservices

- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud environments

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes

- Deep understanding of frontend frameworks (React.js, Redux) and UI optimization

- Knowledge of database modeling and MongoDB best practices

- Experience with unit testing and TDD (e.g., Jest, Mocha)

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
