Position: MEP Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

MEP Quantity Surveyors (QS) should have strong experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, tendering, and cost control for MEP works across commercial, residential, and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting).

- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate estimates.

- Assist in tendering, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations.

- Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders and highlight budget deviations.

- Prepare billing, RA bills, final accounts, and cost reports.

- Coordinate with design, procurement, site execution, and project teams.

- Evaluate subcontractor bills and certify payments.

- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.





- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor.

- Proven experience in commercial, residential, and fit-out projects.

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, specifications, and industry standards.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, quantity take-off tools, and estimation software.

- Good understanding of contracts, billing, and cost control practices.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
