Position: MEP Engineer

Location: Head Office – Andheri East / Powai, Mumbai

Experience: 4–6 years

Education: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

About the Role

We are hiring for an office-based MEP Engineer role in Mumbai. The position focuses on billing, costing, and quantity analysis for MEP works (Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing). The ideal candidate should come from a billing / cost analysis background and have hands-on experience in office-based project support functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for MEP projects.

- Perform rate analysis and ensure accuracy in costing.

- Handle billing-related documentation and verification.

- Work closely with the project team for cost tracking and reporting.

- Assist in project cost estimation and budget preparation.





- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely submission of bills and reports.

- B.E / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering (first preference) or Mechanical Engineering.

- 4–6 years of experience in billing, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and costing (preferably MEP).

- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.

- Prior experience in an office-based billing role (civil / MEP background) preferred.
