- Robust clinical knowledge in emergency medicine, first aid, and preventive healthcare.

- Proficiency in managing common occupational health issues such as musculoskeletal disorders, respiratory conditions, and chemical exposures.

- Familiarity with Indian Factories Act, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, and relevant government guidelines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse employee groups.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.

- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and office software.

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, as required by operational needs.
