Supervising, assigning, and coordinating the work of subordinates
Developing work schedules, equipment usage schedules, and priority of Sheet-metal expenditure
Estimating material and labor, and monitoring the acquisition and use of materials
Maintaining time, payroll, work order, material, equipment, and other Sheet-metal shop records
Enforcing safety regulations and adhering to codes and standards
Ensuring budgeting guidelines are met and prioritizing expenditures to stay within budget
Participating in the actual work of the trade, when needed
