Key Responsibilities

- Leadership:

Oversee and manage a team of mechanical engineers, technicians, and other personnel.

- Maintenance and Repair:

Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all mining equipment.

- Safety:

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures related to mechanical operations.

- Project Management:

Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, current installations, and capital improvements.

- Budget Management:

Develop and manage budgets for mechanical operations and projects.

- Problem Solving:





Identify and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to mining operations.

- Performance Improvement:

Implement strategies to improve equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance overall mining efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience
