- Project Management, Planning & Site Supervision of the MEP contractor’s work.
- Review of Materials Submittals, Technical Submittals, Shop Drawings, Method Statements, and bill certification.
- Carry out site inspection.
- Review, approve, and supervise Testing & Commissioning and handing over documents.
- Liaison with Clients, Contractor, Statutory Authorities & other terms.
- Preparation of BOQ and Cost Estimation.
- Attending techno-commercial, pre-bid meetings.
- Client Coordination.
- Chair MEP site meetings.
- Handle projects independently.
- Ensuring a secure working environment for everyone at the site.
- Assisting the Management and superiors in preparing the project report and budget.
Requirements to Apply
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Ability to read and understand designs and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
