We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to develop HVAC and Plumbing systems for international building projects. The role involves design, calculations, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design HVAC and Plumbing systems, including layouts and schematics
Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system selection
Prepare drawings (DD & CD stages), risers, and isometrics
Coordinate with architectural, electrical, and structural teams
Ensure compliance with US codes and standards (ASHRAE, IMC, IPC)
Review markups and support design documentation
Required Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering
Strong experience in HVAC & Plumbing design
Knowledge of US codes (ASHRAE, IMC, IPC)
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP knowledge preferred
Familiarity with load calculation tools (HAP/TRACE or similar)
