Position Details

- Position Title: Trade Marketing Manager
- Location: Raipur
- Reporting to: Head – Marketing
- Experience: 3–5 years (preferably in Building Materials / Steel / Cement / Paints / Industrial Products)
- Type: Full time

Role Objective

- To plan, execute, and manage trade marketing initiatives across India — partner engagement, and on-ground activation through impactful traditional and B2B marketing interventions.
- This role will be responsible for vendor management, visual merchandising, expo participation, OOH, wall painting, and other marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Trade Marketing & Visibility: Execute trade marketing plans, drive dealer/distributor visibility, oversee fabrication and installation of visual merchandise.
- Vendor Development & Management: Build and manage vendor networks, negotiate rates, ensure quality and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Events, Exhibitions & B2B Engagements: Plan and execute expos, trade fairs, fabricator meets, and regional activations.
- Traditional & Outdoor Media: Manage OOH campaigns, liaise with outdoor agencies, and ensure monitoring and reporting.
- Coordination & Reporting: Work with marketing and sales teams,



prepare activity dashboards, and maintain alignment with business objectives.

Desired Skills & Attributes

- Strong project execution and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of trade marketing and traditional media execution.
- Experience managing multi-regional vendors remotely.
- Creative and hands-on approach with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and willingness to travel across India.

Qualifications

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communication.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Trade / BTL / Channel Marketing (preferably in building materials, steel, cement, paints, pipes, or allied sectors).
