Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities The Marketing Manager will take on a leadership role, primarily coordinating with the sales team to plan, create, and deliver impactful content. This collaboration aims to position the company as a market leader.

* The successful candidate will have established relationships with Electrical Consultants, Project Management Consultants, Architects, and End Clients.

* They will have experience working within industry segments such as Pharma, Cements, Oil and Gas, and Manufacturing Plants.

* The Marketing Manager should have experience with 11kV HT Panel and 415V LT Panels, and exposure to Electrical Components like VCB, ACB, MCCB, MCB, Transformer, Generators, Relays, and PLC.

* They will define and implement marketing strategies, including budget management.

* They will develop and execute product messaging in collaboration with product management teams.

* The Marketing Manager will coordinate and deliver new product launches, working closely with product management teams to achieve go-to-market strategy and product revenue goals.

* They will develop KPIs to measure marketing tool performance, drive continuous improvement, and share best practices.

* They will communicate with channel partners to ensure they have access to and utilize the company's latest messaging and marketing content.

* The Marketing Manager will also undertake additional duties and tasks as assigned.





Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

* In-depth knowledge of Electrical Control Panels.

* In-depth understanding of, or experience with, Switchgears, Control Transformers, and Generators.

* Solid attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

* Understanding of customer buying cycles and decision-making processes.

* Good working understanding of selling and marketing in a global environment.

* Essential Skills: Proficiency in communication tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PDF, and search engine utilization.

* Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.

* Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales.

* Industry Experience: Must have worked with manufacturers, dealers, distributors, or turnkey contracting companies.

* Qualifications: BE (Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering & MBA (Marketing).
