We are looking for a hands-on and execution-driven Marketing Executive with 2-5 years of experience to lead and implement impactful marketing initiatives.
This role requires a proactive individual who can manage end-to-end campaign execution, create compelling content, coordinate with freelancers, and build strong inbound lead generation systems. The ideal candidate will also drive field marketing efforts (such as trade shows) and collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Content Development
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and positioning.
Inbound Lead Generation
- Set up and manage lead generation infrastructure including:
- Landing pages
- Lead capture forms
- CRM integrations
- Optimize funnels to improve lead conversion rates.
Field & Event Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing activities for trade shows and events.
- Manage booth operations, promotions, and audience engagement.
- Organize webinars, product launches, and company events.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Generate reports and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with top management, sales, delivery, and project teams.
- Align marketing efforts with ongoing projects and revenue objectives.
Brand Management
- Maintain consistency in branding across all communication channels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing (preferably IT/services domain)
- Experience in lead generation setup and CRM tools
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage freelancers and work in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills
