You must have hands-on experience in manufacturing areas such as Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance logistics, Stores, etc in the Façade industry.

Experience in setting up a Façade factory from scratch is desirable.

- Financial: Achieving targets related to quality, cost, productivity, delivery, and customer satisfaction

- People Orientation: Should be able to manage a team of 100+.

- Functional: Must be Aware & hands on with Productivity tools such as 6 Sigma,Lean Manufacturing,TPM, Value stream mapping, Kaizen, ISO Standards - 9001 & 14001, OHSAS 18001 etc

- Positive to have: Should have decent communication and interpersonal skills
