- Lead tractor/subsystem teardown and strip-down activities and prepare detailed reports.
- Support benchmarking and evaluation of emerging technologies such as Electrification, Telematics, Connected Systems, Sensors, Smart Controls, and Precision Agriculture applications.
- Perform 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and CAD modeling of benchmark tractors, systems, and components; develop and maintain a digital 3D model library.
- Support technology scouting activities by identifying and assessing creative solutions applicable to future tractor platforms
- Manage laboratory operations, equipment utilization, technical databases, benchmark reports, and engineering documentation.
