:

A result-driven position to handle plant-based accounting, material controls, costing, budgeting, variance analysis, and fixed assets management. ensure the financial reporting function of the company.

The candidate will also be responsible for regular coordination with the Corporate Finance team and extend all necessary support and provide all information as required from time to time.

Principal Accountabilities

- Correct and timely accounting of Plant-based operational expenses including variance analysis
- Analyzing the routine expenses and report the exceptional cases on monthly basis to Corporate Office.
- Inventory management including periodic physical verification.
- Ensure all materials are properly accounted for in compliance with SOP and applicable regulations.
- Correct and timely accounting of Plant-based CAPEX which includes complete fixed assets management correct capitalization and decapitalization, tagging and un-tagging of fixed assets and physical verification of assets.
- To extend necessary support during Insurance and Bank audits.
- To extend onsite support for any plant-based audit required by any government department, internal auditors, and statutory auditors.
- Managing and extending required support on day-to-day accounting operations
- Maintaining accounting controls by designing and implementing policies and procedures
- Ensure implementation of audit findings
- Maintaining and updating the audit work papers and backup papers for all important points for any reference
- Initiate & follow up on IT initiatives including ERP implementations

Key Competencies of the Applicant

- Should be Graduate + ICWA/MBA with experience to handle plant accounting and finance
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.




- Experience with plant based accounting , variance analysis , budgeting
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS laws
- Strong Excel and software experience
- Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations. Credible track record of meeting tight deadlines with accuracy, integrity, and a sense of calm with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced work environment, manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
- A self-motivated learner who contributes to a culture of excellence and lifts the performance of the entire team.
