- Active MT, SPO & KRO Count –

Promoter onboarding – Admin & Business, MT chain engagement
- Promoter Productivity –

TL’s monthly PJP setting & tracking

Mpower adherence on attendance & training

Key MT, SPO & KRO visit as per defined PJP

Carry out OJT

- People Engagement –

TLs & Promoter incentive earning

Promoter R & R program – (PGS segmentation)

Promoter monthly attrition – Execute agreed actions

Gate Meeting – Tgt vs Ach% | HSW || R & R

- Shopper Activation – Drive shoppers activation as per design shared by corp/circle





- Liaising with zonal team – Part of zonal reviews on performance & support sought
