Main Responsibilities

- Review the system designs, Drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Assist in the follow up of materials procurement for the installation and operation of solar systems, including solar panels, inverters, mounting structures and electrical components from EPC.
- Joint inspection of material receipts at site by respective EPC Contractor and certify the same
- Supervise the installation of solar panels, mounting systems, wiring and other components, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Knowledge in performance tests and commissioning activities to verify the functionality and efficiency of solar power systems, troubleshoot any issues and ensure compliance with performance targets.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, mechanical Electrical engineers of EPC to ensure installation sequence are delivered as per technical specification and compliance.




- Making sure all electrical works are as per drawings & schedule.
- Responsible for verifying quality of electrical equipment like PV module, invertor, transformer, HT/LT Panels, cables/conductors, Balance of plant equipment etc.
- Coordinate with project managers, EPC’s, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including site assessments, installation progress, test results, and as-built drawings. Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to eliminate risks to personnel, equipment, and the workplace during construction, commissioning and operation activities.

Qualification, Experience and Skill

- B.Tech in Electrical (EEE)
- 10-12 Years of experience in Solar construction
