Management Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Management Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will assist in various projects and activities that focus on improving organizational effectiveness, growth research, employee engagement, and leadership assistance, etc. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple disciplines while contributing to the company's growth and your own success.

You are expected to do:

- Assist in conducting research on different best practices and trends. Analyze data from employee surveys, performance reviews, and feedback tools to help shape future initiatives.

- We move fast. You’ll be expected to act, execute quickly, and deliver results with minimal insight in supporting and executing high-impact initiatives.

- Assist in change management efforts and making sure transformation strategies are implemented seamlessly.

- Work with senior leaders to drive organizational change and align talent development with business goals.

Requirements
