- Manage all operational activities of the moulding department, including production, processing, machine maintenance, and tool maintenance and repair.
- Ensure the productive use of materials, machines, moulds, auxiliary equipment, and employees.
- Perform mould set-up and colour changes as required to meet production demands.
- Troubleshoot mould processes, machines, and auxiliary equipment to ensure product quality and reduce downtime.
- Set moulding process parameters to meet dimensional and quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all moulding-related procedures, policies, and work instructions.
- Train and develop moulding personnel related to the moulding process.
- Document, report, and maintain all critical production information.
- Support new tool design and development.
