:

1. Purpose of the Job

Operate on several looms to manufacture wire cloth at the expected quality, following instructions, while respecting deadlines and ensuring product safety for customers.

2. Main Activities

Machine Operation: Supply looms with raw materials and consumables, and restart machines after stoppages as quickly as possible.

Setup: Participate in the loom setup operation (the start of new wire cloth on the loom).

Quality Control: Ensure dimensional and visual conformity of products and adjust machine parameters according to defined operating procedures.

Material Handling: Unroll the finished product and transfer it to the dedicated area.

Maintenance & Reporting: Perform first-level maintenance according to instructions, record daily production reports, and communicate relevant information to colleagues/managers.

Flexibility: Carry out straightforward tasks in other company positions as required.

3. Skills and Knowledge

Weaving Expertise:



Professional knowledge of weaving techniques.

Dexterity & Acuity: Dexterity in handling and knotting threads, with good visual acuity.

Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and act on machine malfunctions in own activities.

Technical Basics: Basic knowledge of first-level maintenance and the ability to use appropriate measuring tools.

Certification: Authorization to operate a pedestrian stacker truck.

4. Responsibility and Scope

Ensure proper production rates by minimizing machine downtime.

Produce compliant products through continuous quality monitoring and self-checks.

Maintain compliance with all procedures and actively contribute to company safety and the code of ethics.

Full latitude to successfully carry out assigned tasks within own scope.
