:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 To coordinate import export activities.

 To planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

 To directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.

 To keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

 To negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.

 To recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency.

 To resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.

 To resolve any arising problems or complaints.

 To prepare and maintain documentation in accordance to ISO 13485: 2016 Standard.

 To prepare SOP’s, Formats and other QMS related documents.

 To comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.

 To select carriers/suppliers and monitor service against performance criteria.

 To support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.

 To set departmental objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.





 To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATOIN: Commerce or Science Graduate with more than 2 years of experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED

 Should have knowledge about international import and export, custom regulations,

documentation requirements, and international trade laws.

 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)/ knowledge of any software like SAP,

ERP.

 Knowledge to Co – ordinate with PPC, production and Quality Dept. for material and dispatch.

 On Time Dispatch DO Wise/ PO Wise.

 Preparation of Challans.

 Making DO Sheet & Dispatch of material as per DO Schedule.

 Prepare pre Intimation and post intimation.

 Responsibility of license creation and ARE – 3 & ARE – 1 and maintain dispatch planning on regular basis.

 Prepare sales order and create invoices.

 FG stock physically check on daily basis.

 Maintain the material Stock on FIFO and LIFO basis.

 Documentation (invoice & challans) file after checking on daily basis.
