1. To understand the site masterplan and external constraints impacting site logistics
2. Identify and mitigate the logistic challenges prevailing (and expected in the future) in the project site
3. Work closely with Planning, Section Heads / Site In-charges / Batching Plant / Stores and understand the daily and weekly material movement requirements
4. Plan lay down area as per the project requirements / utilize the lay down area in an optimal manner
5. Draw overall logistics plan and dynamically adjust the same according to site conditions from time to time
6. Plan and organize material movement within the constraints of project site and external setting
7. Plan and organize Concrete Pours according to the priorities set by Project Director
8. Direct subcontractor’s material movements
9. Imbibe pedestrian, material handling and vehicle safety as a part of logistics plan
