Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or B.Sc.

: Quality Assurance Line Inspector Diploma in Mechanical or B.Sc.

- Conduct inspection of all parts as per inspection plans & drawings.
- Carry out first piece / last piece as well as in process inspection of all parts as per inspection plan.
- Carryout inward inspection of outsourced parts & final inspection of parts.
- Quarantine NC parts & avoid mix-up with OK parts.
- Participate in NC review meetings.
- Authorize to stop shipment & production in case of non conformity occurs.
- Collect data for SPC studies as per plan.
- Collect data for MSA studies as per plan.
- Knowledge of handling different inspection & test equipments like Micrometer Vernier Height gauge Roughness Tester Bore gauges Dial gauges Air gauges Profile projector Vision Measuring System (VMM) Qualifying gauges Flatness Tester
- Carryout product audits as per plan.
- Maintain quality records as per retention period mentioned in procedure.

Skills Required Knowledge of Problem solving techniques Knowledge of GD&T; symbols & their measurement methods Knowledge of SPC & MSA Knowledge on Control plan & Drawing reading 1 Yr Min.
