Designation : Level 1 Device Management Team

Educational qualification : BE/MCA or Computer Science or University degree/Equivalent

Years of experience : - 2 - 4

Certifications Required : CCNA, CCNP or Sailoint or another vendor Equivalent

Certifications desired : Any vendor Security Certification like SailPoint, Delinea, CyberArk or any other equivalent identity manager vendor.

We are looking for Level 1 Engineer for our device Management team having 2 + years of experience in Device Management. The team member will be responsible for the administration of the Security Devices like IDAM tools, such as SailPoint, Delinea, CyberArk etc. He should be well versed in the Change and Incident Management process. He should be ready to work in 24x7 shift.

Technical skills:

- Efficiently coordinate and manage all access-related activities and requirements.

- Facilitate expedited user access provisioning upon approval, enabling seamless commencement of their tasks.

- Act as the primary point of contact for users encountering access-related issues, promptly providing resolutions and ensuring satisfaction through closed-loop confirmation.

- Maintain client documentation and SOPs for BAU operations.

- As an integral part of the BAU and Operations team, it is imperative to efficiently close a substantial volume of tickets while striving to uphold our team's dashboard with minimal open tickets and incidents.

- Maintaining operational efficiency, it's crucial to distribute weekly reports to team members to uphold comprehensive records. Furthermore, as per requests,



proactively purge inactive users from the list to ensure data integrity and security.

- Incident, change and problem management

- Engaging in internal projects involves streamlining user management tasks, such as bulk additions and removals, and transitioning manual processes to automated systems. Additionally, facilitating data transfer from Confluence to SNOW contributes to operational efficiency and alignment across platforms.

- Facilitating seamless coordination between clients, users, team leads, and managers is essential in maintaining solutions at optimal operational levels. This involves effectively communicating and aligning efforts to ensure the smooth functioning of processes.

- Regularly participating in daily meetings to stay informed, aligned, and engaged with ongoing activities and developments.

- Provide input and suggestions for recent requirements

- Hands-on IDAM processes, such as Shared Folder, NTFS Permissions, Shared Mailbox, Distribution List.
