About Position:-
Position: Legal Executive
Experience: 2-3 years
Location: Trivandrum.
Skill Sets:
- Preparing & Drafting Contract
- Legal Notices,
- To Maintain proper data base of contracts
- Drafting Vendor studio contracts, license & Distribution contracts
- Correspondence with Lawyers regard to the cases pending and follow up of the same
- Responsible for the closing and execution of contracts.
- Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high-pressure setting while meeting strict deadlines
