- Development ● Identify organization-wide learning and development needs ● Design and implement training calendars and development programs ● Conduct onboarding and induction training for new employees ● Develop functional, behavioral, leadership, and process training modules 2.

Building ● Improve employee performance through structured learning initiatives ● Drive skill enhancement programs for Sales, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Support teams ● Conduct refresher training and knowledge sessions regularly 3.

Performance

Improvement ● Partner with department heads to identify performance gaps ● Create development plans for employees and teams ● Support managers with coaching and mentoring initiatives 4.

Learning

Strategy ● Build and implement L&D; frameworks, SOPs, and training processes ● Introduce modern learning methods including digital learning, workshops, roleplays, and assessments ● Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback mechanisms 5.

- Culture ● Promote a learning-driven culture across the organization ● Organize workshops, leadership sessions,
