Role: Lead Technology AI ML

Location: Mumbai

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:

- Develop, maintain, and execute the AI strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers. This role doesn’t have direct reports.

- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of AI projects.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Guide the design, development, and implementation of AI models and algorithms.

- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, robust, and secure.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.

- Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and management to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines.

- Work closely within Engineering to identify opportunities for AI solutions.

- Facilitate collaboration between data science, engineering, and business teams.

- Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models in production.

- Implement processes for continuous improvement and optimization of AI solutions.

- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and present reports on AI project progress, outcomes, and ROI.

- Document AI methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Desired Candidate profile

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence,



Data Science, or a related field.

- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field is preferred.

- Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development and implementation.

- Proven experience leading AI teams and managing AI projects.

- Experience in deploying AI solutions in a production environment.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Robust understanding of data management and data engineering principles.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Soft Skills:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.

Additional Requirements

- Knowledge of ethical AI principles and regulatory requirements.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

- Certification in AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning) is desirable.
