Key Responsibilities

- Create ‘wow’ designs which are cutting-edge yet functional interior design concepts for various hi-end residential projects

- Manage and mentor a team of experienced designers

- Understand clients’ needs and vision and create outstanding design solutions

- Oversee projects from concept to completion

- Ensure design quality and adherence to budgets and timelines

- Involved in pitching for select hi-end projects

- Lead and participate in design pitches for elite clientele

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture

- 8+ years of professional interior design experience

- Proven portfolio of exceptional designs and executed projects





- Demonstrated team leadership and project management skills

- Demonstrated ability to create innovative design solutions for off-beat requirements

- In-depth knowledge of space planning, furniture, luxury materials, colors, finishes, and furnishings

- Understanding of sustainability, durability, and longevity in design

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)

- Demonstrate a track record of creating innovative, avant-garde designs for luxury spaces
