• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to achieve business growth goals
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify target audiences and develop campaigns
- Utilise online research, social media, email campaigns, and other channels to generate high-quality leads
- Develop and manage a team of lead generation specialists to achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Analyse lead generation data to identify areas for improvement and optimise lead activities
- Monitor industry trends and adjust lead generation strategies accordingly
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively followed up and converted into sales
- Manage and maintain a prospect database
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role
- Robust understanding of the sales process and sales techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving lead generation targets
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience with online research and social media marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
