We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy professional who can drive lead generation through a mix of research, outreach, and AI-powered automation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring new tools, experimenting with strategies, and delivering measurable results.

Key Deliverables

- Generate qualified leads through multiple channels:
- Data research & mining

- Cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)

- Social selling (primarily LinkedIn)

- Build and maintain targeted prospect databases based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)

- Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach with business goals

- Identify new markets, industries, and decision-makers

- Plan and execute outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn sequences)

- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (open rates, replies, conversions)

- Maintain CRM hygiene and generate weekly/monthly performance reports

AI & Automation Responsibilities

- Use AI tools to:
- Research prospects and enrich lead data faster

- Personalize cold emails and outreach at scale

- Generate and test outreach copies (A/B testing)

- Leverage automation tools to

- Build and manage outreach sequences

- Reduce manual work in data collection and follow-ups

- Continuously explore and implement new AI tools/workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

- 0–3 years experience in lead generation / SDR / business development

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

- Good understanding of B2B sales funnel and outbound prospecting

- Hands-on experience with:
- CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce or similar)





- LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or equivalent)

- Email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)

- Strong research and data mining skills

AI & Tech Skills (Key)

- Familiarity with AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT or similar tools for content and research

- Basic automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus

- Ability to use AI tools practically for:

- Writing personalized outreach

- Data enrichment

- Workflow automation

- Mindset to experiment with AI and improve productivity

Good-to-Have

- Experience in IT services / outsourcing industry

- Exposure to international markets (US, UK, etc.)

- Basic understanding of digital marketing
