Description

Preparation of tenders and contracts for materials & services pertaining to exploration,

production & distribution of natural gas (Coal Bed Methane).

 Execution of various contracts related activities viz. pre-qualification of bidders/ contractors,

tendering / RFP, bid evaluation, negotiations, drafting, administration & close-out.

 Facilitation of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) with user departments.

 Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE) & preparation CBE sheet.

 Management of entire contract lifecycle pertaining to core activities (e.g. drilling, work over,

cementing, directional drilling logging and procurement of tangible etc) & other associated business services.

 Liaise with Govt. authorities like DGH, PESO, Customs, and BIS etc.



for handling matters related to issuance of Essentiality Certificate & explosive licenses.

 Strategic contracting & Risk management tailored to CBM projects by applying effective negotiations techniques.

 Formulation and preparation of ITB documents for supplies & services as per requirement

 Preparation of Comparative Statements (CS) and negotiation prices and commercial terms with

Contractors.

 Preparation of “Approval Note” & generation of Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Orders (WO) for procurement of goods and services
