About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models and applications using various cloud platforms and advanced machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).· Develop and optimize machine learning models for large-scale applications.· Implement deep learning models, including Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and advanced techniques such as Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).· Use TensorFlow and other frameworks to build and refine models for Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks.· Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production environments.· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, cloud computing, and machine learning.· Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists.

Must have Skills :

· Cloud Computing:



Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, Azure ML, Google AI Platform.· Machine Learning: Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.· Deep Learning & ANN: Proficiency in developing and implementing deep learning models, especially using Artificial Neural Networks.· TensorFlow: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow for model development and deployment.· NLP: Solid understanding and practical experience with NLP techniques, including text processing, sentiment analysis, and language modeling.· Generative AI & RAG: Knowledge and experience in working with Generative AI models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.· Programming Languages: Proficient in Python, and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and others.· Leadership: Proven experience leading AI/ML projects and teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.· Experience with MLOps and deploying AI models in production.· Knowledge of data engineering practices and tools.· Robust communication and collaboration skills
