Background i) Educational Qualification

- Desirable: BE /B Tech – Mechanical / Automobile ii) Experience

Minimum: 5 years

Maximum: 8 years iii) Age Limit

Minimum: 27 years

Maximum: 32 years

Job Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

- Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.
- Developing supplier quality control processes.
- Designing product & internal test control specifications.
- Supervising staff and monitoring vendor parts standards.
- Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.
- Rejecting products that fail quality standards.
- Producing statistical reports on quality standards.
- Field failure analysis – EFR / Warranty & initiating actions with interface departments.
- ISO 9001:2015 QMS and TPM

Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional:

Technical

- Sound knowledge on supplier quality processes, NCDS & problem solving.
- Valuable knowledge in Electrical,



Propriety & polymer parts.
- Trouble shooting on supplier process issues and analysis.
- Knowledge on vehicle parts functions is must.
- Knowledge on homologation controls is must.

Functional
- Able to administrate team on 5 members.
- Able to educate and motivate teams in achieving the goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain good harmony and quality culture within and interface functions.

Behavioral

- Excellent attention to detail in problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Highly conscientious and diligent.

Specific expertise required for functional area:

- NCDS – New Component Development Systems

- Knowledge on electrical, Polymer parts, Propriety parts processes and controls.
- Knowledge on New Model development as per APQP process on Quality roles.
