> To Collaborates with unit HR to ensure the application of LMS, processes & practices in a standardized way and also supervise them.

> - Delivering the L&D; Timelines as per annual calendar and ensuring compliance with training and development regulations and requirements.

> - Develop and deliver E-Learning Programs with identified service providers, competency improvement, key development interventions.
