Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key warehousing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal warehouse operations teams




- Understand client supply chain requirements and ensure smooth execution of warehousing services
- Monitor service performance and ensure SLA compliance for all key accounts
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and inventory teams to resolve client issues quickly
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue from existing accounts
- Track warehouse utilization, inventory flow, and operational efficiency for client accounts
- Prepare regular performance reports and conduct review meetings with key clients
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges
- Collaborate with business development and operations teams to onboard and implement new clients successfully

Requirements

Skills Required:

1.

Experience in warehouse sourcing, supply expansion, logistics, or infrastructure roles is preferred.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct field visits and vendor meetings when required.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain infrastructure.

Experience working with warehouse owners, brokers, or logistics vendors.
