- The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of software development experience with 2+ years focused on Apache Kafka, expert-level knowledge of the Kafka ecosystem including Kafka Streams, Connect, and Schema Registry, and proficiency in Java or Scala for developing Kafka applications. •

- Key responsibilities include designing robust Kafka-based streaming architectures, building real-time data pipelines, developing custom connectors, optimizing cluster performance for high throughput and low latency, implementing monitoring and alerting solutions, and establishing best practices for topic design and security measures.





- Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, proven experience with large-scale Kafka deployments in production, solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures, experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms, knowledge of data serialization formats (Avro, Protobuf, JSON), and familiarity with monitoring tools and database systems.

- Preferred qualifications include Confluent certifications, experience with stream processing frameworks like Apache Flink or Spark Streaming, knowledge of microservices architecture, and experience in high-volume transaction environments.
