Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Visual Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about design, content creation, and visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, basic video editing skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to create engaging visual content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media creatives, including posts, stories, banners, and carousels.
- Create visual assets for Reels, Shorts, and other short-form video content.
- Edit videos and add basic transitions, animations, captions, and motion elements.
- Support the creation of marketing campaign creatives, promotional materials, and branding assets.
- Design website banners, email creatives, and digital marketing collateral.
- Assist in creating visuals for product promotions, events, and company branding initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs on time.




- Support content creation by adapting or writing basic copy for creatives when required.
- Stay updated on current design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–1 year of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of video editing and motion graphics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Internship or academic project experience in graphic design, video editing, or content creation.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing content formats.
- Interest in branding, content marketing, and visual storytelling.
