Role Overview

We’re looking for a curious, data-driven Product Analyst (Fresher) to support our product team in making informed decisions through data, user insights, and experimentation. This is a excellent entry-level role for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in product analytics, SaaS metrics, and user behavior.

What You’ll Do

? Product & Data Analysis

- Track and analyze product usage, user journeys, and feature adoption

- Build dashboards and reports to monitor key product metrics

- Identify trends, drop-offs, and improvement opportunities

? User & Business Insights

- Work with Product Managers to understand product goals and success metrics

- Analyze learner, faculty, and enterprise user behavior

- Support A/B tests, experiments, and feature impact analysis

? Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with product, engineering, UX, and business teams

- Translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations





- Assist in documenting product learnings and decisions

What We’re Looking For

? Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or its related fields

? Skills (Must-Have)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets

- Understanding of data concepts (metrics, funnels, cohorts)

- Ability to communicate insights clearly

⭐ Good to Have

- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.)

- Basic Python or R for data analysis

- Interest in SaaS, EdTech, or AI-driven products

- Internship or academic project experience in analytics or product
